Forest Foundation Philippines, with Tropenbos International, assessed the Community Based Forest Management Strategy through the experiences of People’s Organizations and the NGOs that support them. The report aimed to answer:
1. Did the CBFM strategy attain its desired outcomes?
2. What are the barriers and conditions for its success?
3. What can be done, particularly as CSOs, to achieve the desired outcomes?
