In 2021, the Institute of Social Order, our grantee, implemented a project to strengthen the protection of Siruma’s mangrove forests by adopting a community-based reforestation approach. As part of its goal to improve the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of Siruma’s stakeholders, this book highlights select Philippine environmental laws to encourage communities to uphold these laws for the sustainability of our ecological resources.
