Handbook on Participatory Vulnerability and Capacity Needs Assessment – Resource and Ecological Assessment

To aid in the institutionalization of mangrove management in Siruma, Camarines Sur, the Institute of Social Order, our grantee, developed a Handbook on Participatory Vulnerability and Capacity Needs Assessment – Resource and Ecological Assessment (PVCNA – REA), a community-based reforestation approach grounded in science-based methodologies, to help improve and sustain the municipality’s mangrove forest cover.
