CAGAYAN DE ORO, PHILIPPINES – The Forest Foundation Philippines and The Samdhana Institute organized its first Partners’ Meeting for the focal landscape of Bukidnon and Misamis Oriental.
The Meeting served as a venue for the Foundation’s grantees and partners to share stories and experiences during the initial phase of project implementation in the landscape. During the Meeting, the grantees took stock of the implementation of the Foundation’s Results Framework in the landscape, and discussed developments, challenges and opportunities during project implementation.
By providing a venue for constructive dialogue, the Foundation hopes to foster coordination among its grantees and stakeholders in the landscape.
The Meeting was attended by the following organizations: Center for Biodiversity Research and Extension in Mindanao – Bukidnon Resources Management Foundation, Coalition of Municipal Fisherfolk Associations of Zamboanga Sibugay, DraftFCB Digital, Inc., Environmental Science for Social Change, Federation of Kitanglad Guard Volunteers Association, Miarayon Lapok Lirongan Talaandig Tribal Association, Non-Timber Forests Products – Exchange Programme Philippines, Philippine Coffee Alliance, The Samdhana Institute, Xavier Science Foundation and Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan.
